  1. Getting evacuated from Space 220 would be more interesting than the theming. Food was delicious, service was good, but the concept was uninteresting.

The food is amazing. I liked what they did with the walls. I found the hidden Mickey on my side. But overall the food is what should draw you in. It’s not cheap. But it’s incredible.

The hoarding of reservations and inability to make at this restaurant is the reason we no longer go to WDW. used to go once a month.

The food was just OK certainly not worth the price. My grandson who is allergic to dairy along with other allergies, had a really bad experience there to the point where they put cheese on his hamburger. He started to eat the bun but then we were worried that it also had dairy in it especially when the waiter ran out to say don’t eat it. This was after telling five different people including the chef that he was allergic. We have never had this type of experience at a Disney restaurant. Usually the chef comes out and everything goes great. This will be our last experience at space 220

  5. How do you accidentally pull a fire alarm?

You don’t. Unless it’s during a pratfall of Chevy Chase proportions.

I just visited Space 220 for the first time last week and was NOT IMPRESSED! The idea sounded great and I felt like I needed to get into this restaurant based on it being new and all the hype. I found there are much better ways to spend money at Disney. Food was mediocre. We had good seats, but I still just felt like I was looking at a big picture on the wall with an occasional space ship or astronaut the flying by. Was also served warm tap water (no ice) as I didn’t want to add expensive, overpriced drinks to my already overpriced lunch meal. Keep in mind, soft drinks are not even included with the set price. I walked out with my family feeling ashamed for have spending that much money on one meal when we could have spent it doing something else. Listen to all of the bad reviews. You will most likely not be impressed, and upset like I was. Disney should be ashamed!

Agree 100! I have never been disappointed with Disney like I was with this experience.

Disney has gone increasingly downhill for years. Now I go to Mexico on vacation.

I wasn’t impressed. The appetizer was good (tuna), duck was really tough, dessert (mousse) was just dessert. Disappointed!

Three full paragraphs before they actually get to the subject.

Even then, all they do is repost a Reddit post, followed by several more generic paragraphs rehashing the Disney Restaurant Guide.

    What a pathetic article.

They should be thankful they got something for free there! We went and thought it was mediocre food, decent service, and lackluster themeing at best. The ‘realistic elevator’ was definitely not what I expected from Disney. I can only imagine what the new Star Wars hotel will be like after seeing this….and I am a huge Disney fan that never complains on spending my money there!

If the pictures are from there, it doesn’t look like an $80 dinner. Maybe they were taken with crappy cameras?

honestly who cares if Disney lost money. why would you ever care that a corporation that makes billions lost a couple thousand. poorly written article with multiple paragraphs with no actual content. the rest are reddit post. i want my 10 mins i water on this article back.

We were blessed to get reservations in Dec and , hands down, the HIGHLIGHT of the trip!! From walking in to elevator to the breathtaking reveal upon entering the dining area, it was the best experience. The service was stellar, best of any that I have ever experienced! Ge was our person and he made the entire nite! A salad was supposed to have dressing in the side and took it back and within 2 min had a fresh replacement! Food was beyond good and worth the price. Watching the show outside the windows, priceless! Recommend to all and my next trip will be with a reservation there as a goal!!!!! You must go!
