Honestly, most insurance companies have clauses that exclude things like a pandemic from coverage, so they may honestly be out of luck.
They also chose to close back down when they didn’t have to, so again that may prove to be an issue for them.
Who they SHOULD be suing are states like California that kept them closed far longer than they ever needed to be and they should work with all other theater and entertainment venues and go after them with a vengeance, even sue the governors personally as well, make it clear we as a nation will no longer accept the government interference which has been proven to not do any good and in fact has done a lot of harm.
