We’ve seen this behavior a couple of times recently and if Disney wants to keep its guests safe they really need to institute as zero tolerance policy. Revoke entry and institute a ban and repeat offenders should be life time banned.
Disney used to be families. Now there are thugs going to these places. It is unfortunate, but they may have to ban visible tattoos and institute some type of dress code. If they continue to allow the thuggish behavior people into the parks, one day that’s all they will have attending.
What you mean thuggish people banning tattoos that discrimination you know that. there’s doctors lawyer and teachers that have visible tattoos. People work hard to get where they are n people like you judge them for having tattoos. Is the reason why this world can move forward. Clearly the dude had to much to drink… I thinking public intoxication should be ban n kicked out not because he have a tattoos. Tattoos doesn’t make a person it their crappy as* attitude
Al what are you talking about? I do not have a tattoo or to be honest want one, but what on earth does having a tattoo got to do with making someone thuggish, I’m sorry but I think you have lost the plot BIG TIME.
Your idea would ban my highly competent nurse practitioner as well as other friends who have two or three ear piercings and a tattoo or two. Decorating your body doesn’t make you a dangerous or unruly person.
I’m a former cast member. I have a tattoo. And several of my friends, cast members, have tattoos. Disney doesn’t ban tattoos. Tattoos don’t make a person “gangtsta”.
There has been a massive shift in the clientele at Disney over the last year or so. I don’t ever remember seeing these type of people at Disney and we’ve been pass holders for 10 years. And yes, I said these type of people. I call them the bad decision making crowd. People that don’t know how to get along in a decent society. Confrontational, loud and ignorant. And they’re everywhere now.
True. Used to be families. But Disney had to start caving to the woke mob and catering to ‘certain groups’ and now it’s less families and more trouble makers and people getting wasted.
Dude, I agree with you that no one should film others on their vacations, but the person that posted those videos is a conservative. One look at her tik tok page made that clear.
Crowds + Heat + Long Lines + Crying Kids + Too Much Booze = Disaster. I always tell people that there is a fine line between misery and fun at WDW. It is not the right place for some people, especially those who are not good at handling the above.
If these idiots, and don’t care if you have tattoos or not, keep fighting, there could be a cut back on the amount alcohol served per person, especially in Epcot , but this fight could have happened at any park. If you attack a guest or cast member, automatic ban for life, which I think is the punishment already.
Kathleen
I agree, the camera kept moving and I couldn’t tell who was talking, I didn’t see a CM either. Was it the guy with a lanyard? Or was he the guest?
The article didn’t help either!
A true incident would have meant calling 911 vs filming a Tik Tok video. 🙄
There’s no reason to harass Cast Members at any Theme Park (have a disagreement?take it up with Customer Relations).
I hope Security at Walt Disney World is faster than Security at Disneyland (remember how long it took for Disneyland Security to deal with that family fist fighting each other at Mickey’s Toontown? July 2019?)
I’ve enjoyed going to Knott’s Berry Farm where Guests behave (even those of us who are tattooed).
Of course there were a few grumpy Guests during the pandemic who did not want to follow Park Guidelines (they were handled promptly and professionally).
I just hope this year – and from now on – there are less incidents involving Park Guests and Cast Members /. Staff (have fun and please be courteous to each other).
Those margaritas would take your entire stimulus check — never again will I get a drink there, but on a good note I just slam a 6 pack of beer in the parking lot before I go in and save about $150
So that explains where all those Old Milwaukee beer cans rolling around the Discover parking lot at Epcot came from. And we thought it was just some cheap a$$ CM at the end of their shift. 🙂
Is there a direct correlation between the increase in incidents such as this and the proliferation of alcohol sales in the parks? I think a case could be made for that. Epcot I can understand since it is a more adult oriented park buy Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom should have remained dry. You can’t filter out irresponsible people but you can see that they aren’t allowed alcohol.
A few things: 1) this sight crashes all the time due to the pop ups and is aggravating.
2) Most of these articles are completely irrelevant and just gossip.
3) The next time people write in complaining about rising costs at the parks and resorts, keep this video in mind, and consider what type of BS everyone would be dealing with if Disney park tickets were inexpensive. I’m not wrong pointing out that you can filter out a lot of bad behavior by charging more. I’ve seen the same thing at hotels. Rowdy and unruly behavior at a 1 or 2 star hotel and none of that at all at a more expensive 4-5 star hotel.
Thanks L mom, we got it the first time, and we’re damn proud of them too! Just so everyone is aware, as of 2021, new Navy regs allow for unlimited tattoos on the legs, arms, neck, and even on the hands and behind the ears. The only places on the body that are off limits are the head, face, and scalp. Tattoos on the torso are also allowed, but they must not be visible underneath whites. Both Officers and enlisted personnel. So put that in your pipe and smoke it Popeye! (Please note the reference to a Universal Studios character ITM)
This is an easy fix. How bout you tourists stay home and all you retards from New York, Massachusetts, California, and Illinois stop moving to Florida.
Disney shouldn’t be permitting adults without children under the age of 21. Adults who haven’t got any children are hogging queues and they going on rides that they too old for and adults are not giving families chance to take selfies with characters. Disney should have an new policy if you HAVENT got children equals no entry and no refund.
Seriously? Disney World is so much fun with no kids why wouldn’t I go? I don’t see how my hubby and I are “hogging” rides nor do I think I’m “too old” to have fun on said rides. We
Adults Sans Kiddos people also enjoy taking pics with characters, so nope, not giving that up either. Here’s an idea: teach your kids some patience… that life sometimes requires ya to wait a bit…
And btw, not everyone has the ability to have children
(Not to mention the fact that your “idea” is very discriminatory – tsk tsk)
Why do we have this need to video record everything 🙄 I think there a certain kinds of people who look for these situations to hit record on their phones. Because honestly if I see people arguing I just walk on by because it’s not my business, as long as no harm is actually being done. But I guess this is now how people get there 15 mins of fame video recording this kind of things, I just think it’s ridiculous that this kind of stupid crap needs up in article or on the news when there are real things going on all over the world. There are real fightings going on in the world but let’s have a article about a “fight breaks out in Disney” which isn’t a fight at all, no one is physically attacking anyone, no violence is being down, so a couple got into and the security cast members was dealing with it hardly news or article worth. Put the darn phones away and experience life with out the camara not everything needs to be caught on tape. Life would be and was so much better without these phones to be honest they do have perks. But sometimes I wish the invitation of smartphones didn’t happen. Cellphone yes but we live our lives on these phones.
To the commenters that says ban visible tattoos and piercing. I understand that those things are not for everyone but what does having tattoo and pricing have to do with someone personally, behavior? Does these things have magical powers? I have 3 tattoos and 2 piercings that is not including the normal ear piercing. I am a mom, a Christian and having these on or in my body has never alter me in anyway not personally or how I act. So saying to ban people with these things is nonsense and you should never judge a book by its cover.

People should not be allowed to film a man on vacation and post it on the internet. Like this if you hate liberals.
Christians Mom
Christian, this is your mom. You need to get home and run my feet!

So sad/sick of reading about people who can’t act decent or have self control in a family and children’s theme park. Disney – have CONSEQUENCES!!
