    I believe they ruined the avengers in endgame by not staying true to comics. And killing off avengers we still have a need for them and the multiverse is what fans want! They could of done better with endgame and brought the right people in it.

      They definitely ruined the Incredible Hulk. I will never forgive them for that.

        I think they’re worried about the multiverse correcting things they changed that shouldn’t have been! Sounds more like arrogance than concern.

      They definitely ruined the Hulk in their movies. I don’t know if they intentionally ruined him or didn’t understand the character and had no clue how to utilize him in a movie. Either way, they had the Hulk for two movies and all he did was get his butt kicked in 10 seconds, dab, toss a bench, and reluctantly dent a car. Talk about underwhelming.

    Spoiler alert: The MCU was already ruined by straying too far from the source material and being too concerned about appeasing “Woke” culture. The MCU is as good as dead. Solo films may be profitable (No Way Home) but the franchise and everything that had been built is over.

      Absolutely correct. And DC is going down the same road. Small comic organizations are ripping it up though. That’s the good news.

      What do you mean by “woke”?

    It was ruined when they killed off half the damn avengers.

    Mcu= marvel comic universe
    Mcm=Marvel Comic multiverse.
    1 does not ruin the other. They are different stories

    I think the multiverse is a good way to handle things. It’s not easy to handle all the characters. Or explain where the X-men and FF have been during events like Thanos. And I don’t want another FF origins story. If they use the multiverse they could canonize the X-men and ff films that exist and then create their own stories. Thereby keeping Hugh jackman’s Wolverine for example but starting over as well. That could help the next person playing the character because they can do different things plus not be compared to jackman. You could also do a fun wink to Johnny storm looking like Steve Rogers if they wanted. (Evans being the best thing about the old ff movies imo) But still bring in someone new. Having different universes can also help from overpopulating the mainline MCU or just earth. Much in the way having the GOTG in space and not earth (save for endgame) or having characters like Thor or Captain marvel move between the two. Having Carol mostly be in space was a good way to explain her not being involved in earlier events. It was one of the things I just didn’t buy with Eternals. They would’ve benefited by the multiverse and being in a different universe than the main one.

      It’s been over 20 years since Jackman first played Wolverine. He’s done. That’s why they killed off the character. I’m glad they have a chance to redeem the X-Men from the Fox films. The continuity was totally shot.

        Exactly. He’s done. But they can canonize it, honor his well loved portrayal and start fresh. He’s iconic in the role (and I’m not even a fan of most of the movies) and that nod could help ease a transition to a new take.

    Who are the Russo’s to question anything ruining the MCU? Speaking as a Hulk fan who has been following the MCU from the beginning, they absolutely ruined the Hulk in IW and Endgame. Neither movie has any rewatch value for me. It was so disappointing to see the Hulk turned into a complete joke and not even used for ANY of the action sequences of either movie. How do you bench the Incredible Hulk from all of the action of the two biggest MCU movies ever made and actually think it is some kind of stroke of brilliance? In fact I hope the multiverse corrects their massive mistake and gives the Hulk the redemption he never received under their inept handling of the character.

    That’s really rich coming from a Russo Brother given they managed to ruin the MCU on their own. I loved Marvel until they got involved.
