That’s for interns lol and it isn’t exactly affordable… we just picked up our intern from there. She completed the program but the fees from leaving continue to haunt her (it is a third party organization called American campuses) . If you look them up you will see what a nightmare they are (the ceo is just about as cuddly as Bob Chapeak is and they share the same first name lol)
It’ll be another town like Celebration (which we lived next door to). Do you know they hired actors to ride their bikes and stroll down Main Street to entice people to buy in their perfect little utopia? Then sold the whole place to a corporation years later? It’s a very pretty place to live but it’s no utopia. We had at one time looked into buying there. The HOA RULES were crazy not to mention the gaukers. And yes, this will be for the richest folks. We make a pretty nice living but we would rather hold on to our retirement than squander it on the Disney label.
Don’t let Disney do it, look what they did to the Disney parks, Star Wars, Mavel etc, everything this board of Jokers touch they over charge, rip their customers off or just ruin it.
Oh good God. I know a few friends who bought into Celebration FL , which turned into your standard neighborhood with crime all the same and the only diff is you pay HUGE homeowners fees monthly. HUGE. Eventually, Disney sold off management of Celebration to another company. This is a big fail in my not so humble opinion.
Bingo!!! What a mess and you are right! What a ripoff the whole thing turned into! And the lack of security there, the theater, which never came to be…. The stores… or lack there of…. The restaurants…. Yikes! It was a nice idea that went off the rails. I had an apartment there for two years, glad I didn’t buy.

Why doesn’t Disney build affordable housing for their under paid cast members!!!

Typical comment….
And they do in Disney World. I think it’s called Flamingo Crossroads or don’t like that.

Not a large margin like houses for the rich.
Smarter than the average bear

With the market the way it is, this couldn’t have been a smarter move. Let’s see what happens when the bubble bursts

Better be well invested. This not going to be for the Social Security crowd.

Just like the parks, they’ll be over priced. Disney NEEDS to stick to the PARKS ONLY! When are the gonna catch on?

Disney should get the parks running correctly before they do anything else,Where is the board of directors on this decision ?
Mason
Seeing this I can’t wait until Disney Park youtubers do fifteen to twenty minute videos on why this was a total failure.
