Lol. Not sure why this particular “author” is always so far up Disney’s butt compared to most of the other ones…
From what’s been released and leaked so far, it looks like they’ve at leased tried to have a lot more “life” in the environment compared to Galaxy’s Edge. On the surface, both areas look amazing. It’s the fine details that will get you, though, and that’s where Galaxy’s Edge falls woefully short with everything except for Rise.
The biggest problem I’m seeing so far with this is trying to justify the cost for what looks like a really cheesy experience. The Rey/Kylo fight was… putting it nicely… not great. Everything from the dialog to the choreography was underwhelming. The narrow platform they’re working on doesn’t really do them any favors either. Again… still frames… the surrounding environment… that all looks amazing… but it just doesn’t tie together to make you really believe that it’s happening. It’s more like a dinner show.
Either they haven’t rehearsed enough to open, or they need to work out a lot of kinks before this is worth anywhere remotely near $6k for a 2 night experience.
