I am highly disappointed the only reason we got 2 day 2 park was because of the train. We are a party of 9 so it was very expensive. We are going next week fingers crossed it opens.
Same. The Hogwarts Express was the only reason we purchased 2 day 2 park tickets. We are not walking between parks. We will just enjoy them on separate days. Is Universal reimbursing us customers the difference in cost for 2 single day tickets? We are a party of 10 so it was $500 extra.
I understand these things happen but hope Universal has a solution for us customers who paid so much extra for tickets to ride the train. Not riding is disappointing enough. Not getting reimbursed in some way is inexcusable.
We have always had multiple days and both taken the train and walked to the two parks. I can see how a single day visitor would be affected more by this. Universal seems like they will compensate those people, we have not had issues with the parks as of yet, although it is very common for some ride to be down.

Yes this is our first time going and we were looking forward to the train ride. Please get open by the weekend.

It’s still not open and we also spent more to get the 2 park passes. For 6 people that was an extra $300. Has anyone had success getting money back?
