Got trapped in the same attraction but in the line in a long hallway. We were there for about 45 minutes with no cast members checking on us and the temperature rising.

I am in a wheelchair and had my young nephew with me. It was getting bad for us since I have people-induced claustrophobia. I can handle short periods, but the thing that particularly sets me off is being surrounded by people with exits closed off…which is precisely what we were dealing with.

Thankfully, my husband and nephew’s mom were outside waiting for us and when I called them to tell them what was going on, they talked to cast members outside the attraction, and sent people inside to get us out.

I thought people were going to be annoyed at having to get out of the way (in the small hall) for the wheelchair, but my fellow Disney fans were sweet and concerned and happily cleared a path. Some of them even joined us as the park had already closed at that point. It was interesting to see the backstage area.

I have never been so happy to NOT go on a ride in my life.
