“marvel deletes a scene that was never shot” – Journalistic standards when bloggers over run the web.

I believe this was just concept art, therefore once the creative heads decided that Mysterio wasn’t going to be apart of Spider-Man No Way Home? Placing any reference to Mysterio in the trailer just threw the internet Marvel fans off regarding spoilers (you all got played by Kevin Fiege!)

Could Mysterio show up in any further Sony. / Disney Marvel? Anything is possible now that there are ‘Universe Portals’ (this includes Characters that were killed off returning). Not killed off, but whom I would like to see again, is Paul Giamatti as Rhino!

i clicked away as soon as i saw the word “concept art”. its a fan made image so how did marvel remove this scene? what an absolute trash article. way to go, moron!

What exactly led you to believe the concept art is fan made? Studios do the same thing to come up with different concepts for the story.

No, Mysterio did NOT need to be in it, marvel doesn’t need to always light off every firework at the same time. I say let them pace the rate they use up villains.
