I’m not surprised by the color but the smell is a bad sign, it should smell like bleach. I read somewhere that Disney colors the water brown to hide the bottom. That most water areas are only a few feet deep.
I’d like to say I find it unbelievable that “guests” would dump ashes, excrement or ANYTHING else in the water at a Disney park, but literally nothing surprises me any longer. Humanity is freaking doomed.
