Back in the 1980’s we saw Michael Jackson waiting in line for the Matterhorn. He and his entourage were waiting in stand-by and he could not have been a bigger celebrity at that time.
It’s disgusting that Disney World would risk letting paid visitors for a once in a lifetime visit to its a small world get shut out by a bunch of half naked whores taking THEIR children through. I hope the Kardasian Jenner fans remembers this and quits supporting them with hard earned dollars.
Pathetic how they shut down a whole ride ….for her…
People should not be so willing to share their hard earned money with Disney… Paying extra to go on certain rides..being bumped off rides to accommodate the whims of a celebrity… Wait in line like everyone else…
This is like a slap in the face. I get sick of celebrity perks at the expense of other people. They aren’t celebrities and they don’t have any skills. Only famous for being trash.
Gee. I don’t feel safe riding with others either. Can I get it shut down so I can ride alone as well? I can’t believe Disney would shut this down and allow an individual party to ride alone, especially for a kardashian…Oh wait, on second thought, I do believe it under Bob Paycheck’s reign.
If you’re a celebrity going to WDW just wear a disguise, a wig, mustache, no make up. Make yourself look different and act like a normal person.
While some of them might not want to be noticed so they don’t have to talk or give autographs to people they still want to use their celebrity to get any advantage they can because they are “too special” to wait in a line with the peons.
Not saying I agree, I pay good money to go….
For the particular version of the ride there is no “backstage” so if Disney said it was for safety the. I can kinda believe it.
They would have had to walk-through that bottleneck area to just get to the ride, and then the line to get to the boats. So I can kinda believe it.
Now let’s just have more Chris Evans at the park.
Never let her in there again. She has no right to shut down the whole ride so she can ride it alone. She ruined everyone’s holiday vacation because of her stupid stunt. She’s not a “celebrity” at all.
I don’t know if it’s my age (52) but I question the title “celebrity” these days. I guess money & fame = celebrity to most but Personally I don’t see this in the Kardashians. Plus they choose a bad time with the recent catastrophic astroworld event to “strut” their privilege around.
They should take pointers from amazing people like Princess Diana who took her boys to Disney but made sure they learned that they were to wait in line just like everyone else. Or at least purchase fast pass tickets , but not shut down a whole ride!
Not fair to all those kids waiting back in line and just think of the explanation the parents have to come up with to tell them… either lie and say technical issues or straight up explain who these “famous” people are & why they get special treatment and what they may learn at a early age about privilege. So sad.
I’m sure they’re surrounded by bodyguards anyway. Let them pass through the line, put bodyguards in the boat in front and behind, and let the ride go on as usual. So tired of entitlement.
It’s the “fans” that keep supporting them that baffle me. They are billionaires and don’t care about anyone else yet all these adoring people buying their stuff which is cheap thrash anyway. If people stopped making them relevant …plus they are far from celebrities.
It’s really sad that so called celebrities get special treatment. I’m a celebrity to my family, can I ride without anyone else on the entire ride? I guess if you have a lot of money you’re a celebrity? My children are just as important as theirs are. Their my celebrities. I have been to WDW many times and I have to say if you have a lot of money pay for a VIP tour. Us unfortunate middle class people will continue to suffer this outrage until some one is willing to put a stop to it!
Disney has slid so far away from its initial intention, there’s no hope. They have decided to cater to the “elite” even the trailer park version of “elite”.
No longer worth spending the money to watch them trip over their tongues for false idols
