With exciting news from Gideon’s Bakehouse, of course! Gideon’s, located in the Town Center portion of Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort, is a Disney foodie favorite. The cookies, cakes, and cold brew being served out of Gideon’s are hard to describe but will have your tastebuds craving more and more of the goodness! With a lengthy (like four hours long!) virtual line, it’s no secret that the treats coming out of Gideon’s are top-notch. Each month Gideon’s reveals a new cookie and November doesn’t disappoint!

Gideon’s isn’t just offering one November cookie but has revealed TWO cookies along with a special November cake and even Thanksgiving preorder details. That’s right… you can preorder and be everyone’s favorite person when you show up for Thanksgiving with Gideon’s!
As shared by Gideon’s Bakehouse on social media, “Día de Muertos!! Throughout November, let us celebrate the Day of the Dead with the Chocolate Churro Cookie, AKA the Calavera Cookie! This deeply rich mega Chocolate Cookie is filled with cinnamon sugar and a tiny pinch of ancho and cayenne to give you that smokey warm finish on the cooler days. Each Cookie has a layer of Dulce de Leche in the middle and is topped with a mix of chocolates, including our favorite Mexican Stone Ground Chocolate. Sugar, Spice, and everything Day of the Dead all month. Available at both locations, Gideon’s at @DisneySprings and @EastEndMkt, every day of November. Limit 2 per person.”

Chocolate Churro Cookie! YUM! But, Gideon’s doesn’t stop there. Gideon’s will be celebrating Thanksgiving as well with tasty treats that can even be preordered.
Gideon’s Bakehouse goes on to announce, “November is also Thanksgiving! For both shops on every weekend of this month, you will find slices of our Pumpkin Caramel Double Frosted Cake! Layers of Pumpkin and Caramel Buttercreams over a delightful Vanilla Cinnamon Cake that is both soft and crumbly. *Now available as a whole cake preorder at East End. Also, the Coffee Cake Cookie will be available for preorder at East End throughout November!!! It’s not a Next Day offering but is on our full menu page that requires a 72-hour notice. This Cookie is a must for Thanksgiving Day and can be yours with ease this year unless you wait until the last second.”

Thanksgiving just got a whole lot sweeter as Gideon’s is offering: “Thanksgiving Preorders!!! Our menu is FULLY OPEN for Thanksgiving Preorders! We will NOT be scaling back with a limited menu, so get your orders in TODAY. We will cut off the days leading up to Thanksgiving if it grows beyond our storage capabilities. As you all know, our space at East End is tiny, and we are limited in how much we can put in that location.“

Quick tip – Gideon’s limited edition items typically sell out each day, so they limit the monthly cookie to two per paying Guest. We recommend arriving at Disney Springs early for the best chance of getting to try this sweet lineup of November treats!
