If people are vaccinated and healthy I would love there to be no mandatory masks. I have nerve damage on my face from the shingles and wearing a mask for any length of time makes it feel like fire ants are playing with my cheek! I think people should be allowed to wear masks if they want to but also not have it mandated.
Not true — see its about what you experience not what you are brainwashed to believe — I have worked out since I was 13yrs old and know my body, masks do not allow you push out or breath in the same amount of air as if you were maskless especially at high rates of breathing — test it see what I’m talking about but make sure you workout hard. I dont know one person from the gym that disagrees and all say the mask restricts breathing.
Hi Nick.
There are some people that have breathing issues with masks. My wife is one. I might even have one if worn in warm environments. My personal belief is that they should be optional.
I agree with Sharon – it should be up to the individual. I will NOT return to WDW (normally an annual visit) until masks are optional in all areas. It’s time for this nonsense to end…
Agree. I’ve cancelled two trips already. I’ve done everything asked of me for nearly two years, and I’m done with mandates now. Time for us all to make our own choices and face our own consequences.
Personally I wish they would do onsite PCR test paid for by the guest for those with Autism who haven’t been able to go to the parks going on two years.
Also children under 5, should be a recommendation not a requirement.
Hi Bryan c.
I’m glad you have those choices.
I too will NOT return to WDW if ANY mask mandate is in place.
I have no issues with those that want to keep wearing them, it’s a personal choice…
Just make them optional.
It’s ignorant to assume you can’t take a deep breath when billions of people breath perfectly fine through the masks every day. To say it restricts your breathing has been debunked long ago.
If the mask sucks into or towards your mouth when taking in a breath that means the mask is stopping air on the outside of the mask causing the mask to collapse and the same when you push air out if the mask pushes forward its blocking air from escaping — Jordan is the ignorant one
You are the ignorant one lmao. You aren’t supposed to be sucking in air like you dying for air, especially through your mouth. You can do that through your nose and not so intense that your suffocating yourself lol. But if that’s truly your problem, there are masks that don’t cave in on your face when you breath hard. Use your head next time lol
Hi Jordan.
As mentioned in a previous comment (above) there are some who have trouble breathing with a mask on.
I believe it is time to make them optional. I don’t think covid is going away, it will probably end up being like the annual flu.
I hope you and your family remain healthy….
Very few people struggle with masks, but even if they do struggle, there are masks that can help with that. In the long run though, it’s better than the alternative of someone who already struggling to breath to suddenly get covid. They are optional in most places, in others, it’s required. Like going to the airport, you are required to wear one on the plane.
People need to stop getting so bent out of shape about wearing a mask when there are still people being sent to the hospital everyday from getting this. When others say that it’s their choice, they forget that their choice can effect others.

Joe, you are the ignorant one for taking such a deep breath that you are suffocating yourself with your own mask and not getting a mask that doesn’t cave in. Also, that’s not what it technically means. It means you are sucking way harder than you need to, like when people are able to close their nostrils, they can get air through their nose, but they are sucking so hard it closes. It’s not rocket science dude, you just need to use your head lol
It is well past time for Disney to end the masks. Florida has had the lowest infection rate in the country for more than a month. Covid is not going away. Everyone has had more than ample opportunity to get vaccinated. It’s time to return to normal life. Other than the airport and Disney, Florida is a free and normal state. Time for Disney to join the rest of us.
Ugh…Only Disney can be this ignorant. Their recent stock prices reflect their ignorance. We avoid indoor areas at the parks and found we save a few extra $$ each visit.

So sorry to hear about the shingles. It’s a shame that there’s no vaccine to prevent that.
Bob
Shame people who are vaccinated have to wear a mask.
Kaylee McConnell
There is a vaccine for shingles.
Sharon Shinn
I personally think it should be a personal choice.

Adults wearing masks that restrict breathing in feable attempt to block the china flu virus – is lame
Nick
Masks don’t restrict breathing.

Funny, but I have asthma and a family member has asthma and COPD, and our masks don’t restrict our breathing.

I haven’t been to any Disney park in a while cuz of the stupid mask mandate for almost 2 years. Fine by me
The only places I’m going to are theme parks with no mask mandate. Thank You Knotts, Legoland, and SeaWorld for not following disneys steps

Masks should be optional. They absolutely do restrict breathing. You cannot take a deep breath through a mask. To say otherwise is ignorance.

Masks cause the breathing in of carbon dioxide which increases acid in the body, which is harmful. They are totally inappropriate for children.
Jordan
Tell that to the asian countries that wear them all the time for numerous reasons before covid and are known to live longer on average than most

Mask = Useless. Just another Disney show to appease the Biden fraidy-cat sheep. Every where I go except airplanes and Disney are mask optional.

Hospitals…they are required in hospitals as well for a very good reason

The mask mandates must end. They’ve been proven to be as worthless/useless as the vaccines. Disney needs to wake up, or continue to lose money.
