When any Guest enters a Disney Park, they must purchase a ticket in order to do so. The ticket used will vary, depending on where the Guest is from and how often they visit the Park. If you live on the other side of the country or do not visit Disney more than once a year, you likely purchase individual tickets when you visit. Locals to the Park or Guests who make many trips throughout the year may choose to forgo the daily ticket cost and buy an Annual Pass.

At many of the Disney Parks, there are various tiers of Annual Passes, which allow Guests to choose from a variety of prices and offerings to see what best suits them and their needs. Annual Passes are fantastic for those who visit Disney often, but they do come at a high cost and one that tends to increase every year. This is something we have seen at Disneyland with the new Magic Key Holder Pass as well as Walt Disney World with their newly revamped AP system.
