The Land Pavilion just needs a cosmetic refresh. Every time, I go there I notice the scuffed up walls and peeling wallpaper. The exterior is nice. The rock/mosaic on the way in is stunning. Bring some of that exterior care inside. My family does not like the food court. They liked the food court they had in the 90s.
The covered walkway is a terrific idea. But hopefully the fix up the interior. It has been left unattended for far too long and really needs to be brought into this decade.

They previously announced a covered walkway from the land to the sea. Likely related.
