If Disney fans wish they could live in one place, aside from in their favorite Resort on property, it is Golden Oak.

Golden Oak is a residential community at Walt Disney World Resort, meaning that you actually live on Walt Disney World property if your home is here. Aside from having lots of Disney perks and luxuries, such as your own bus transportation service, the homes in this community are some of the more beautiful you will see in the area.

Each home typically sells for millions and has its own unique look to it that is jaw-dropping and stunning. The community is gated, so typically, we can see inside only when a home is listed for sale and photos are available for viewing. That being said, we have never been able to take a look at the community as a whole before.

Bioreconstruct (@bioreconstruct) took a photo of Golden Oak on October 1, the start of The Most Magical Celebration on Earth,  and allowed us to see just how big the community is.

Although the community is not gigantic, we can see that it is fairly large considering it is on Walt Disney World Resort property. The majority of these houses also have a stunning firework view due to their proximity to the parks, so residents are able to enjoy fireworks from the comfort of their own homes.

We can also see how all the neighborhoods that can be found inside Disney’s Golden Oak are separated. Below, you can see a list of all of the neighborhoods:

We recently wrote an article about one Golden Oak home that was constructed to have hidden Mickey’s scattered throughout, as well as a vent for smellitizers where the resident can pipe in their own Disney scents, just like Disney does in the parks. The house is absolutely stunning both inside and outside; if you want to take a further look at it (and trust us, you do), click here.

What do you think of Golden Oak? Would you ever want to live on Disney property?
