I was fine with how the parks were operating before COVID. I felt that my annual pass had a great value and that every visit was a quality one because I could use my maxpass privileges for photos, rides, etc… and I didn’t mind paying full price for parking. However the changes that have been made since reopening have been a complete disappointment. I really regret buying my husband and I Believe keys. If it were just one or two changes it wouldn’t be that bad.

Problems I’v encountered include; constantly booked out reservations, no tram from the parking, dining reservations booked out months in advance, already heavily crowded, haven’t been able to get a virtual queue for ROTR or WS once in 5 visits and have never been on these rides, can’t change parks until after 1pm even if the park you didn’t choose to start out in is practically empty compared to the one you’re in, and now he wants to start charging me per day per pass and in some cases per ride to get a “lightening lane?” and he is going to increase parking charges. Not to mention the Disney wifi can’t handle the current app so Disney Genie will probably be a nightmare. I used to enjoy the ease of the app, it provides ease and added quality to my visits. Now everyone is always on their phones because they have to be in order to do, see, experience, or eat anything. It’s pretty sad. I’m sorry and sad to say this but Disney is done for me once our keys expire next year.
