Please don’t give Disney any ideas to nickel and dime the public further. When the parks are at full capacity, there will be a need for having the tram. Disney doesn’t even have enough bus drivers.
I am set for a week at DW in two weeks but if I have to drag 4 kids along with seniors a mile on hot tarmac from the parking lot, as is being reported by guests, I better cancel! They should warn folks of the mile walk in the heat, or have ambulances ready for those who can’t handle a mile of inconvenience!
It’s not a secret that they haven’t been running. A quick Google search would tell you that. Are you staying on property? If so, just take the transportation. If the parking lot walk is too much, how will you manage a whole week of the parks?
Disney can probably twist peoples arms to pay out of necessity but the way things are going with extra charges they are going to see a drop in attendance eventually. Right now people are wanting to get out but after this year may be different… Universal as an option. New management is in order.
With parking fees at $25 a day at WDW, the trams should be included. Right now, you can use preferred parking for an extra fee if you want to be close enough to walk to the park entrance.

Absolutely no. Disney doesn’t need any more ideas. We are paying enough.

Once something gets too big, it no longer functions as intended or desired, whether it be stores, theme parks and government.

Well done for bringing it to WDW’s attention that some would be willing to pay. That’s a sure fire way to get them thinking about it…doh!
