I think they are having a computer problem. The available dates are erratic. The website says the number to call is

We are booked for the March 11th sailing. I’m already picking out my clothing options, I don’t want to wear a full costume to the park. I’ll be bringing my droid to race and my lightsaber to use in a duel.
I somehow doubt you will be doing any droid racing or light saber dueling. Droid racing needs a bit of open space, and Disney doesn’t do dueling – too violent. Light saber training only. Neither activities were mentioned in the samle daily itinerary, even though you would think that they should come standard. But I could be wrong.
