It’s supposed to be my day, not theirs. This is ridiculous! I’m spending thousands of dollars so that my workers can feel good about themselves? So I have to look at a man in a wig wearing a dress and have to explain that to my child. I will be writing a formal complaint
Isn’t the focus supposed to be on the themed environment, attractions and characters that are living within the various lands and eras. Shouldn’t the focus be more on the characters backstory?
Ridiculous. So much for a professional environment. I’m sick of places lowering their standards. It’s a business! They can dress how they want at home, but at work, be respectful and professional. No one wants to see a man wear make up and a dress. It looks stupid and shows they are mentally unstable and confused. That is not a professional way to behave. There is nothing wrong with dress codes. It keeps a business classy.

Well it is ugly and stupid so your annoyance is understandable.

This is a business decision, not a social statement. Finding workers without visible tats is getting more difficult.

I suppose if the cast member feels like a girl that day. They can use any bathroom they want?
Pablo
A lot of places are lowering standards just to get any help.
