Most recently, Orlando Business Journal posted about a luxury home that sold in Orlando for a whopping $5.35 million, but this one is not located in Golden Oak.
The 9,301-acre estate in the Reunion resort community was the most expensive metro Orlando home sale the week ending Aug. 28, according to the Orlando Regional Realtor Association. The deal demonstrates the demand for Central Florida homes, even high-end properties with big price tags.
The home has 13 bedrooms, a basketball court, a movie theater, a swimming pool, a water slide, and more. The realtor company even said that “It was a magical property.” After taking a look at the photos, it is easy to understand why that was said. The house looks like it is fit for a princess with stunning crystal chandeliers hanging in every room, gold trim accentuating the white furniture, and a regal look throughout.
The decor is something that Guests at a Walt Disney World Resort would expect to see, and no one lucky homeowner will have this in their house! Below you can take a look at a tour of the home.
