Disney is making it harder for us who USED to LOVE DISNEY. I moved here to be closer to Disney World and now I do not even go. Soooo
Disappointed now because it’s all about the $$$$$$$$

I am seriously considering selling back my membership. I just want to go on vacation, not do a work out before I get there. Remember the not so old days? You paid for your ticket and went to the parks. PERIOD. Just the thought of going now exhausts me.

    2. I’ve been a DVC member for over 23 years and it is a shame how through the years Disney has increased the price and cut out so many of the perks thar the annual pass holders felt it made it worth having the pass.

Time to get rid of the reservation system. Park capacity is up. There is really no need for this system. Except to be able to sell the highest price tickets. Universal does not have this system. It is a Bob money 💰 grab.the parks only get to full capacity on a couple of days a year. Get over yourself Disney.

Passes have doubled in price and park hopper is gone. I live in Florida and Disney fans are now former Disney fans. It’s disgusting.

If you’ll give other parks a try..Universal, Dollywood, even SeaWorld parks…you’ll find them as much fun at half the cost…especially Dollywood..its about a third the cost, and doesn’t really do thr “off the shelf” rides as their new rides..and the entire Smoky Mountain area is waiting for you..its really great there..Sevierville, pigeon forge, gatlinburg, cherokee. All are chock full of attractions

Was there when it opened & over 100 times since as a FL resident. NO MORE !!!!!!! Di$net is now nothing more than a money making machine

I let my annual pass expire specifically because of this whole reservation crap. As an annual passholder I’d want to pick up and go whenever. If I face crowds, that’s on my watch and I can either endure or leave. I had an annual pass since 1991. Now with this system, there is no ability to just pick up and go whenever. The annual pass program is now a scam. You cannot go whenever you choose to go which was the point of the program. You no longer have the ability to (quite literally) go every day of the year if you choose. At best you can go maybe 1/4 of the year as you have to ‘reserve’ days and ONLY reserve a couple of days at a time. It’s a scam.

It’s become far too much work to go to Disney these days. Let alone that you MUST keep your head buried in your phone ALL DAY LONG as every interaction you have is on your phone. Can’t even order food without using your phone?? I go there to disconnect, not spend half the day with my head buried in my phone.

    So sad.

I am a happy former pass holder. This family now has universal studios annual pass.
    Keep your reservation system 😂

Still have a few months left on my annual pass, but no fast passes and reservation system have me thinking I won’t renew when it expires. Guess it is time to try out Universal

Disney used to be the place to go for vacations but now it’s just all about the money you are doing away with the magical express if you drive there you have to pay extra to park which is such a crime too like we don’t pay enough for lodging and tickets and food I mean cc one on a family of four can’t afford to go anymore I remember taking my daughter for the first time and seeing it all they her eyes and times after that but from what I am reading about the cost of going now I wouldn’t be able to afford it like many others come on Disney give the people back the magic that used to be called Disney .

I’m getting sick of hearing about Disney. It is so over priced , and all the passes for this ride and no passes for that ride. You need to bring your prices down so people can afford to bring their famalies. All they care about is money, Walt Disney is turning over in his grave, bring Disney back the way it used to be.
There are a lot more important things going on in the world.

Disney is a business. I get that and respect it. I am a Florida resident passholder but letting them expire. Agreed,, I get they don’t want the passholder anymore and that’s their business. What they don’t realize is when my out of town family comes in town that I’m going to take them to universal. I’m done with Disney’s tactics so I’ll take my business elsewhere as well as my families. They cannot rely on name recognition alone anymore.

The problem is – WDW will still attract people from around the world regardless of what they do. Last time I was there I heard more foreign accents than American accents.

I doubt that will change. And until it does WDW won’t care what we do or say.
