Oh boy, fan suggestions…I clicked on the article to see how many suggested “Turn it into a roller coaster!”, and how many suggested “Turn it into a WandaVision attraction, with all the different decades!” 😉
My only suggestion would be to get rid of that new condescending intro from the 90’s Paul Pressler Tomorrowland-reboot days, saying how “ancient” and “classic” the attraction was, being “brought back after all these years”, and record a new one that doesn’t have deep loathing issues of old Walt-era rides.
I think they need to expand on the ride, adding another scene. That way, the current ending is added to history like the scenes from the bygone eras; or expand on the current modern day technologies.
I think it needs to be more inclusive of other races that contributed to progress! I was there in July and it bothered me there wasnt any or did I miss it?
First of all it shows the story of a family… it doesn’t exclude anyone. Geez not everything had to be mixed race. Second maybe they should redo the whole ride years and do 1900, 1950, 2000, and 2050
My biggest fear is they will decide, its too costly and not enough people enjoying this attraction. This was Walts and should never leave the park. Now after saying that. I would love to see the last scene updated to be a more futuristic scene. There is nothing in that scene that is in the future. The rest of the attraction should stay exactly the same…. they are perfect for the time period. Would be nice if the chairs were updated.
My suggestion is just do a general refresh. Maybe have the refrigerator doors open on the opposite sides, so you can actually see what is in them, and have the dishwasher be seen better. Do a nice new update on the last scene. Keep the same general overall theme!!!

There in July, it needs to be inclusive of African American contributions to this great land!

They should update the final scene to make it more relevant. That being said….
I really wish for a version of it back in D-land. Make Tomorrowland about the future again!!!!

Maybe update last scene and refresh carpets and chairs. Maybe make them recliners as it’s my husband’s favorite nap spot at Disney. 😉

Change last scene to the end of Days, flames, etc…
On the bright side you don’t need to pay Genie to get in.
