I have a question on my Gold Pass. I bought and uses once in February 2020. By March the closed. April 2021, reopened to members with reservations. I went 3 times. I did not no back to restart my membership until July 24. I was surprised that my end date is early April, giving me 9 months if my yearly membership. I would think I should have had 11 months, not 9 months left. Can you help me understand this less than 11 months left on my pass. I love Universal Studios.
