With more festival booths opening up at EPCOT, the International Food and Wine Festival is really swinging into action.
Many Guests visit EPCOT to experience the Food and Wine Festival, which will last through November 20. Of course, tasting food and drinks around the World Showcase is a great way to indulge in the festival offerings. Still, you can also participate in the festival scavenger hunt, and a personal favorite for me is the live entertainment that is put on during certain evenings.
Before the pandemic, Guests would have experienced Eat to the Beat, which was a concert series that would bring well-known musical acts to the EPCOT stage at the America Gardens Theatre. This year, the musical acts are a little different. They may not be as well known to all Guests, but they certainly do know how to throw a party! Below is a list of the full rotation of performers.
July 16 to 19: Epic! Live
July 23 to 26: Champagne Orchestra
July 30 to August 2: Element
August 6 to 9: Sound Society
August 13 to 16: The Hooligans
August 20 to 23: The Vybe
August 27 to 30: The M-80s
September 3 to 6: Latin Ambition
September 10 to 13: Audio Exchange
September 17 to 20: The Hooligans
September 24 to 27: Epic! Live
Disney has recently filed a permit that looks to be linked to the America Gardens Theater to “Provide labor material and/or electrical for construction”. At the moment, Disney has not announced any major closures in the area, so it seems likely that the construction may be minimal.
Perhaps, with a new musical group rotating in, Disney will need to make some changes to the stage area to accommodate the act. However, that is purely speculation at this point. Regardless, it seems that the stage will have some work done to it that should not affect the stage performances. Guests are able to see when they visit EPCOT.
Do you think that there are other areas in EPCOT that are in need of a refurbishment?
