For many of us Disney fans, the dream of being a Disney Princess is something that is instilled in us at a very young age.
From watching all of the amazing Disney animated classic films like Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, and more, to visiting the Disney Parks and seeing the princesses come to life — stepping into a massive ballgown seems like a magical moment.
TikTok cosplayer Rosie (@_valentinemoon_) posts a variety of videos of herself putting on custom-made gowns, many of which are look-alikes of the classic Disney Princess dresses. Although the dresses look stunning, there is one thing that is for sure: they are a lot of work.
Below, you can see how Rosie removes her Belle cosplay, and although it may look easy, note that she is taking off six layers of skirting!
Only 1 month until the 1 year anniversary of this account!
Just watching her put on the dress really does show that it takes work to be a Disney Princess. It should also be noted that Rosie actually makes all of her own cosplay dresses, and they look just as stunning as the ones seen in the theme parks! She also made a dress inspired by Princess and the Frog character Tiana, which looks stunning and has a shocking eight layers to it!
She also dressed up as Princess Elena.
I will be covering the entire skirt in crystals and 3d flowers!
Below is her stunning Cinderella look in the making!
There are still 4 more overskirt layers to add but it is starting to look like Cinderella!
Below is Barbie Rapunzel, looking poofy and beautiful!
This dress leaves a trail of glitter in its wake I just wish it would show up on camera!
She also made Princess Mia’s dress from The Princess Diaries!
I have finals for the next few weeks but then I am going to make Cinderella’s live action ballgown!
Below is Princess Tiana from Princess and the Frog.
