    I have been “in line” since 11:15am and it still says the wait is more than an hour… It did update with the 12:05 note but nothing else. I am not sure I am going to get anywhere but I am waiting… 🙁

    Ive been waiting since 1130 this morning and Still nothing. Its now 1100pm and still the same thing. This is ridiculous and makes me rethink maybe not going.

      I was in line at 8:50am on the computer & got in at 9:45am, received an error message at check out with a pending charge on the card. I was in line on the cell phone at 8:50am and got in at 3:00pm and all dates were available still, the checkout went through just fine with confirmation and confirmation email received.

    It took one minute this morning. Most days still available.

    Got in line to get in line before 9am. By 10:15, I was finally in, but kept getting error messages. Tried one last time around 11 am, it finally went through. Now I have to see if all the other “pending changes” finally get cleared.

    I started calling at 7 a.m. I was then told I could only buy tickets online, preferably from a lap top or computer. When I said I didn’t have access, he said to download the app on my phone. I did and then waited until 9 to log in. Possibly a big mistake. When I logged in at 9 a.m. I got the message that I was in the queue and it would take more than an hour. I brought the grandkids to Great Wolf Lodge for 2 days and spent 6 hours watching my phone. Then the count down started. 56 minutes, 54 minutes, 55 minutes, …48 minutes, 49 minutes, it continued bouncing around but I finally got the message I was being sent to the store. You had 10 minutes to complete your transaction. I was then able to go enjoy the resort myself. I did finally get my confirmation email. So happy it’s done.

    It’s been a week and I did receive a confirmation for the tickets I purchased, but I still have not received my eTickets via email yet. Anyone else experienced this? I tried to call the Help line and also sent an email.
