  1. I’m a little confused after reading that if the skyliner’s are running then the buses only stop hourly at the resorts. I prefer to ride the buses in the morning because of the huge crowds getting on the skyliner. Now you’re telling me I’ll have to wait for an hour (maybe longer) to get a bus to the parks. Hope they’ll eventually get more drivers so the buses will run more than once an hour to the skyliner resorts…I’m sure I’m not the only one that prefers the buses!

It’s standard for the Skyliner resorts to have limited buses to the connected parks even during normal times. The same happens at the Monorail resorts with their connected parks, especially Magic Kingdom. Since there’s another method to get to the parks, they aren’t going to send buses out on frequent schedules there unless the other transport is unavailable.

We got caught in that mess last night (Monday). Waiting an hour to get from the bus line to the resort. Disney keeps advertising for their 50th but maybe they need to get their transportation figured out first.

They are now charging premiums for Pop and Art due to the Skyliner but it’s down half the time we could use it.

Thanks for explaining the Skyliner and bus situation. Never realized that the buses took longer. Love seeing how you used real time happenings in your article with Spokesmayne. Great asset to have boots on the ground!
