I was on my honeymoon in 1986 and we had just came off a 12 day cruise. After being bused to the Disney hotel we found out our rooms were not ready yet. So the hotel took all our luggage to a spare room and stated they would put our luggage in our room as soon as it was ready. They sent us to Disneyland for the day. When we returned later that night the hotel couldn’t find our luggage. The next day my new wife and I spent tons of money to buy clothes and incidentals . Obviously Disney clothes. We were there 5 days. On the night before we checked out the hotel found our luggage. They had put our luggage in another room and the family in that room had been waiting for the hotel to come pick it up.
Does it bother anyone that perhaps the guest had a disability (magic bus?) causing this to happen and to say it’s dumb kind of feels mean. Just my opinion though

Having worked in hospitality, I have no doubt this story is 100% true.
