I have a hard time understanding why this resort would be increasing in popularity but for the decreased capacity in other resorts this year. From my experience, the Saratoga Springs villas are stale and poorly maintained. Even the rejuvenated treehouse cabins are beat. And Saratoga Springs is usually the only resort with last-minute availability in DVC—meaning that members choose everything else first.
