Mike & Sulley is only there because DCA needed a QUICK overlay to replace the legendary disaster that was “Superstar Limo”, and…well, Laugh Floor wasn’t the only concession to fans’ “Can we have our Door Coaster now?”
It’s never been a priority attraction, and with more of Hollywood Backlot disappearing, the idea of Avengers Campus expanding is not so fanboy-bluesky as it sounds.
It seems like a cute ride but I would hate to see the original Monsters Inc ride be changed or removed.
I found the flashlights to be distracting and very irritating. And what happened to the room with the doors? Oh yeah. This ride is after the movie. I really missed all the doors.
Why mess with a ride that’s destined to be a classic like Winnie the Pooh or Snow White or Alice in Wonderland. People love to ride a ride that reminds them of the movie. It evokes a feeling of nostalgia.
Don’t mess with our Monster’s ride. It’s perfect just the way it is.

I really hope they keep the Hollywood Backlot! Maybe add a Big Hero 6 ride or something like that? Give DCA another anchor attraction.
