Only if it’s their choice to be vaccinated. I do not believe any American should be mandated to take an experimental vaccine with not enough research on long term side effects.
I do not intend on getting the vaccine…would not suggest that someone else should. If you’re not comfortable then DON’T go. It is still a free country (for now)…people have the right to get vaccinated, do not take away our right not to. Disney World is making too many changes…forced to find a new “happy place “
I care more about guests AND employees being vaccinated against standard diseases including covid. Everyone in the US has a choice to be vaccinated or not-this is nothing new. A private business can opt to turn away people who choose not follow the rules of their establishment-this is nothing new. Don’t like it? Don’t go.
Do we care if they have had a booster shot ? Taken the flu shot? Been vaccinated against polio ,chicken pox, or measles? No business should mandate any of this . Freedom to chose ,remember that???
Many of the cast members come in contact with thousands of strangers each day. Sure, it would make me feel more comfortable, but vaccine or not we’re still visiting.
Vaccination is between the individual and their physician. No one, not an employer or the government, has a right to dictate your health to you.
The so called covid19 vaccine is experimental at best.
All this hype over a virus that has a 97% recovery rate.
And if I’m ever asked by WDW to see my vaccination passport I will demand to see every single cast members vaccination passport as well.
Alessa, very interesting question and i’m sure you are getting a mixed opinions but my personal feeling is I would like to see all guests and cast members be asked to be fully vaccinated, and if cast members refuse than i’m sorry but make it mandatory for employment and for guests also to be fully vaccinated as to bring back the ,shows, fireworks, photos and most of all masks to not be required, it will create a better experience which we all enjoyed before the pandemic, just my 2 cents.
Even with the shot you can still get covid, you can have it and spread it to others without knowing. Covid is here to stay, and the shots don’t last more the 6 months. Getting the shot is a personal choice, and should not be forced on anyone. I would go back to Disney regardless if the cast is vaccinated or not. We are only waiting for the masks to not be required as my daughter with Down syndrome can’t wear one for more then 15-20 min, before it causes sensory issues and full blown panic attack.
I dont mind if cms get the poke, it should be a choice not a requirement, as for employers mandating the poke, it should not happen, the only problem is, if you dont get the poke, you will be considered an outcast and chastised as someone who wont fall in line, this whole situation is a mess, vaccines, vaccine passport, if your scared, stay home and those that say it should be mandatory are the scared people, thousands of people pass daily, its been going on for years, your born, you grow up and old and then you pass away, death is inevitable, thats what God intended, why is covid being shoved down our throats, its a controlling factor, open your eyes people, sorry for the rant, but its true, stop watching the mainstream media, but no cms and people should not be forced to get the poke
No. It is not my business who gets vaccinated. It’s my business to take care of me. And if you are personally vaccinated, it should not matter if other people are or not.
No, that’s their choice and no one else’s. I’ve been over a dozen times since re-opening, never once had a moment’s concern on this topic.
Now, if you have risk factors that increase your odds of a serious illness? Not a good time to be in crowds of any kind, but don’t expect everyone else to put their life on hold.
