It’s been an interesting year for Disney Springs and the entirety of the Walt Disney World Resort and while things are still a bit uncertain for guests returning from outside of the USA, footfall at Disney Springs has been fantastic over the last few months.

It’s been great to see people out and enjoying many of the fantastic restaurants that the location has on offer and as with any other year at the resort, guests are needing to book in advance to guarantee a seat. According to data collected from OpenTable, Morimoto Asia has just been awarded the “Most Booked” Diner’s Choice Award and we certainly think it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Disney Springs.

While Morimoto Asia may appear on the surface to be the most popular restaurant at Disney Springs, remember that OpenTable is just one of the many different ways that guests can book a table at one of the many dining locations.
We’d suspect the biggest way that guests reserve a table is through the My Disney Experience App, unfortunately, data isn’t made available to the public on the numbers of reservations for each restaurant. A lot of this can be tracked down to the Disney Dining Plan which is currently unavailable (though we have heard rumors about it returning for UK bookings in the near future).
We also need to consider that Morimoto Asia is a huge restaurant within Disney Springs, offering a huge capacity to take on diners. All that being said, Morimoto Asia is an incredible restaurant within Disney Springs and it comes as no surprise to us to see guests continuing to flock to the Asian restaurant.
If Asian food isn’t for you then you should consider many of the other great locations at Disney Springs. Some of our other favorites include:
