A pirates film without jack sparrow will fail miserably, that’s just common sense. Not to mention that the Ghostbusters already tried the all girl reboot route and it was a DISASTER. If I was disney right now, I wouldn’t touch this idea with a 10 foot pole. The audience clearly doesn’t want this. Honestly I’m not sure if even a spinoff series would work.
I agree that Pirates of the Caribbean will not be the same without Jack Sparrow! And honestly though I am all for women’s rights, there are just some movies that women characters do not fill the boots. One in particular; Captain America, that was a total wreck..Sorry not sorry!! Yes we’ve come a long way , baby but some things ate just better left alone!

I believe I would absolutely enjoy a Margot Robbie spinoff, as I absolutely adore her, but definitely not a reboot.
I agree! Jack Sparrow is Johnny Depp. Same as Johnny Depp is Jack Sparrow. Margot Robbie is a great actress, but she isn’t Jack Sparrow. Even a spin off would just feel wrong. I’m not watching no Pirates of Carribean without Johnny Depp, as Jack Sparrow, with him as part of the story.

I think it would be a reboot!! I don’t care for Margot robbie, Not a fan, I wouldn’t watch the movie if she played in it, Can’t stand her acting
