Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Park officially reopened for Guests in July 2020 after a four-month closure related to the COVID-19 pandemic. All four of Disney’s theme parks — EPCOT, Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios — are still in a phased reopening process, which means that some experiences and locations remain unavailable.

One of those popular, but closed, locations is Casey’s Corner at the Magic Kingdom, located at the end of Main Street, U.S.A.

Casey’s Corner has been popular with Guests wishing to get their hot dog fix for years.  Lines are frequently out the door at this quick-service location.  Guests can enjoy their classic American fare with an amazing view of Cinderella castle.  The description for Casey’s on the Walt Disney World website reads:

Hit it out of the park with American baseball favorites: hot dogs, corn dog nuggets, French fries and ice-cold lemonade slushies. You may even catch Jim tickling the ivories to ragtime tunes outside. Soft drinks are also available.

Delicious hot dogs available from this location include a chili-cheese hot dog, a bacon mac and cheese hot dog, and the super popular corn dog nuggets, which can currently be found at Westward Ho in Frontierland.

Walt Disney World Resort dining reservations are currently available through May 26, but Casey’s Corner has no listed availability at this time.  However, that does not mean that Disney could open the theme park location at any time in the near future.

As the phased theme park reopening continues, additional experiences are becoming available on a regular basis. This means the opening of Casey’s Corner could be coming sooner rather than later, but it is important to remember that nothing has been confirmed at this time.

Guests visiting the Walt Disney World Resort can currently visit a variety of restaurants at Magic Kingdom park, including Be Our Guest Restaurant, Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Café, Plaza Restaurant, Tony’s Town Square, and more!  Some snack locations currently available are Aloha Isle, where you can grab a delicious Dole Whip, and Storybook Treats, where you can snag the super popular Peter Pan Float!
