How about paying the cast members who are being forced to work during a pandemic a hazard premium instead? This is nothing more than a public image campaign.
Service awards are given out to cast members on a milestone anniversary – 1 year, 5 years, 10 years, etc… Each service milestone is a different character – Simba is given out for a 20 year anniversary.
Is there an award given for outstanding service to a guest? I’m thinking of a story that made the news awhile back where the cast member of Snow White helped a special guest deal with their anxiety. The award could be called the Snow White Outstanding Service Award!
