The second statue is unlikely to happen. Congress has not provided funding for it and Biden is unlikely to pursue it.
Personally I’m thinking maybe they should use that money to pay the 75% of staff they knocked off their payroll and left for nothing, but that’s seems much to logical for money-hungry disney.
