The official description of this technology is sheer gibberish! Why can’t they simply say that the experience features BRANCHING POINTS, where guests could choose to go left or right? I have always wanted HHN to offer haunted houses that featured hallways with corners that can be made with a wall that, at a critical corner, can FLIP AROUND, revealing a parallel hallway that the next group of guest’s can enter.
I’m fairly certain this is for the Bowser Jr experience in Super Nintendo World. It lines up perfectly with what they are doing with the Power-Up Bands and the phone app. You do 5 “quests” to get keys placed throughout the Mushroom Kingdom and then you get a “reservation” time to travel to a hidden area and defeat Bowser Jr. I wondered how they were going to do this without having lengthy queues, and multiple experiences seems to be the answer.
This is soooooo smart! I wouldn’t be surprised to find out they will only allow people to do this once a day, keeping queues reasonable and encouraging people to spend multiple days at the park. The app can also keep track of which Bowser Jr experience visitors have already done, ensuring they don’t get a repeat experience until they’ve completed all of them.

My thoughts entirely! You beat me to it.
And even if it isn’t for Bowser Jr it is for an experience within a land and not just one ride/attraction

Maybe a Luigi’s Mansion attraction is being considered for this system?

This sounds an *awful* lot like A Pirates Adventure: Treasure of the Seven Seas at the Magic Kingdom.
