Disney Continues to Refund Annual Passes Amid Park Closures

   We purchase on Feb 24,1990 for a 4 day pass.
   We use it 1 day in 1990, and in 1999 We used for 1 day.
   We have 2 days remaining.
   Can we ask for a refund on the remaining 2 days.
   At the time we were told that they were good for life.
