What is the point of this article? Why make up inane ideas about an imaginary sequel when Disney already continued the Tangled canon at great length? Why fixate so strongly on animation style as to use it to indicate what should and should not be considered canon? Disney already addressed Rapunzel’s story for several more years, but because they drew it differently you want to throw it out? And why is this article written at the intelligence level of a seven year old? Most importantly, why was this ever published?? I wish I could just get updates about real Disney news instead of infantile whining about a differently animated canon to a 10+ year old movie.
I’m all for a sequel, but technically Flynn’s backstory was always done in the tv series, so I’d veto that. Honestly, it would be hard to make a sequel that speaks both to people who haven’t seen the series and those who have because the series has so much depth. I would be shocked if they actually did a sequel. I’d prefer to see a spinoff about Cass personally.

I’d love to see a sequel. A big screen treatment of additional chapters of their story would be great.

I think it would be cool if they make Tangled 2 where they make a family. I don’t like the idea of a sequel though.
