Frankly, I always found it hard to enjoy the show with personalities like this on-stage. If felt like it became the “Ben show” every time. I think articles like this do nothing to foster a “magical” atmosphere for the parks and their employees. Rather, it creates an environment of competitiveness. There are a large number of performers in this show who are hilarious and bring quality content to the table, but never get recognized for their contributions because they don’t spend their free time hyping themselves up on social media. ITM may want to reconsider the purpose of articles about specific performers and how it impacts the performing community at large in the central FL area.

Thats the pt of this show its interactive and a sing along! If you did not like it thats fine but at least he got paid to do his jump many cant say the same! Many get paid to lip sync and barely dance and get paid the same as those whom are entertaining you! Beyond that thats what being an entertainer is to entertain you not just stand there!

Thank you for all the years of magic and the reminder to put our priorities in order – family first – thanks for some very special memories with my family – we wish the same for you and yours – until we meet again . . .

I looked him up after reading this; a brief stop on his Instagram and it becomes obvious his new career path is encouraging fans to “sponsor” or “tip” him, or charge them for specific online content. Not a good look to be taking advantage of fans in the climate the world is in right now.

Ben, just read this and both saddened by it but happy for you. One of my greatest joys was being your stage manager for a night time cruise with you and some other pirates. You are a born performer and will be truly missed.
