As a Premier AP holder, I seem to not be able to get a refund at all. I called, got through to someone before the August deadline and I was told that I would be getting something back. But, nothing so far. I live in the middle of the country so it worked for me to be able to go to either coast as my husband traveled for business, but it was spontaneous. Sigh.

Hi My husband and I had annual passes for Disney World and asked for a refund. We did receive the refund back on the credit card used to purchase the passes. We live in the northern part of the country. Also told if they were unable to credit our card a check would be mailed. The process took about 2 months. Sounds like you have an annual pass that acvesses both Disneyland and Disney World those might take longer. Call back and nicely ask the status of ypur refund. We are looking forward to our visit during Disney World 50th.

My pass suspended, with all the others, on the monthly program. At the normal expiration date, Disney did not reach out to me, and I no longer do not get any emails. My reason for not using the other option was simple: We had no guidance on what would happen, how long this would last, or if we could even take advantage of the reservation system.

I’ve visited Disneyland since it first oppened in 1955. With this new confusion, extensions, reservation system, etc. I wonder if I will be able to revisit the Magic in the future. Surely someone had enough time available to keep loyal, long term, pass holders in the loop, but apparently that was not on the agenda.

I’m sympathetic to the difficulties, but sense the leadership is not very thorough.
