Between their unions forced nonsense to restrict the experience making it not worth the money for a family to attend , and California being a California , it is not surprising. They are also currently employees not cast members. When they are covered up (not even with a themed mask) and setting apart from guests the “show” experience is gone. The company doesn’t exist to employ people. It’s there to provide a product and make money. The better it does each the more people are employed. The worse it does well that’s pretty obvious.
