Oh please can he come out of retirement and fix epcot period! Nothing i have seen so far screams epcot and its the learning park wdi created it that way bc thats what disney wanted! Yes wdw was supose to be incomplete and changing he said too but not to the pt the parks ideals are lost! Also wo a voice of reason sse will go to hell and we loose the symbol of epcot!
Please redo Figment and bring it back to the great ride it WAS before it was screwed up in its “renovation.” Just let’a hope somebody doesn’t find Figment offensive and wants to cancel another Disney ride.
Dragons, as we all know, do not exist today are but another creature hunted to brutal extinction by mankind during the Middle Ages. Anyone can understand WHY they removed Figment. This cruelty is NOT something that we all need to be reminded of on a daily basis at the parks.
Seeing how much he loved children and Disney World, they should just bring back Michael Jackson and be done with it.

Um if he was the guy that designed that Piece of Crap then I don’t want him back.
But if the author Mis-Wrote the title and actually meant the ORIGINAL 1982 ride name of
“Journey Into Imagination”
If that’s what the author meant then HELL YEAH! Bring back the imagineer to help.
Otherwise find someone else.
Yes, please redo it. We loved the original, even the song is
not the same. We’re AP and went on it recently and realized why we had not gone on it more nun often, it’s VERY elementary; which is perfect for the little ones, but Disney is usually genius with entertaining both young and old. This ride does not.
Can you just imagine (pun intended) the original spirit of Figment meshed with the best tech available today? Oy vey, what an attraction that would be!
Could you imagine the type of imageworks we have and the orgibal was already paradise and you could spend hrs not like you cant spend hrs at the dvc lounge but the imageworks/m&g mess is just that a mess! Esp when those character go to PLAY! Whats that do to spot?
I know this is an older post, but I have been worrying lately about Figment and the ride’s future fate. While it’s true that the ride in its current state is just ridiculous, I think it’s safe to say that most people would not be ok with the disappearance of Figment from the ride. Especially not for some over hyped IP replacement that will take no imagination and is just a way for them to push sales. There is no reason that Figment shouldn’t be the star of a great ride, as he was intended to be, with Dreamfinder making a much awaited reappearance. I hope that whoever is calling the shots will get a clue and realize what they have been doing these past few years with all the IP garbage and “minimalism” is really tacky and corny. It’s finally come to the point that Universal is outshining Disney for the first time ever. Can we please go back to innovation, creativity and integrity?? Or has Disney died for good…
