I think this is a FANTASTIC idea! How creative! Yes, I’d love to see these channels available on Disney+.

And, while we’re at it — why not all equivalent channels from all the Disney resorts around the world…? I’d love that.

I think adding it would be great. I some times hunt on YouTube to find past dates to to relax and listen to the music. This would be even better to get updates on times and events in real time.

I LOVE this idea!! I would love to be able to watch Stacy at home. There is an app on iTunes called WDW Today that plays current Walt Disney World Resort tv if you’re interested. No having to search YouTube.

Um…Disney+ is not a “channel”, it’s a place where you go to look up and stream things?

(I’ll let everyone else handle “Why would people not at the parks want to look up things you CAN see at the parks, when they’re not actually AT the parks?”)

Eric, it’s about nostalgia (the music, the feeling, etc) – not practicality. Clearly you don’t get it.

You can get the resort to app and play it on your smartphone all day.

I have often thought the same: Adding a Disney Parks sections to Disney+ would add a lot to their service.

Beside Resort TV and Must-Do, why not ride-throughs of certain attractions? (Including ones from around the world at other parks). Firework and stage shows and parades (past and present). Older TV specials that were park focused. How about Disney music from around the parks (like the old sing-a-longs or those YouTube videos that show park pics and movie clips, but this time, photographed well). It could include Coming Soon shows for new attractions. Heck, how about an official Disney themed news show?

They’ve got a vault of this stuff already. This would be the cheapest advertising possible. Those of us who already love it and go regularly, would be more stoked than ever. And those who live further away from parks would get excited as they see things they haven’t before and make them want to go. As the article says, no more searching YouTube for variations of the above. All in one place. All Disney. By Disney.

(The idea is so obvious they HAD to have thought of it. The question is why aren’t they doing it?)

Yes!!!!! I have been saying the exact same thing!!! Im always searching on YouTube for it. I would LOVE it on Disney+

there is lots of this on the higher disney channels even one for music… besides that means my log in would be lost to disney and the billions that go there like the wide open not secured hacked wifi! Ahhh no thanks!

I think that would be a good idea. I watch that when we go too. I think that would give people an incentive to maybe book a trip knowing what it would be like. Add the fireworks and maybe s preview of the shows like Lion King and Beauty and the Beast as a teaser Good PR.

Pretty sure Stacey and Must Do Disney is gone. Heard it just the other day. I knew they were going to replace her soon and it sounds like it finally happened.

I was positive I was the only Dis-nerd who was secretly wishing for this! I too put these channels on as soon as my suitcase is in the door, & yes, I too fall asleep with it on (I wouldn’t want to miss anything!) Here’s hoping Disney+ hears us & does indeed put both these wonderful programs on. We need our MAGIC on a daily basis!

I would absolutely love this as well. I’d have it playing all the time! It would give you just that little escape throughout your day where you could imagine being there! That WDW Today Channel app doesn’t work anymore by the way. Hasn’t been updated for months and now just shows a blank screen but at least still plays the music. You’d think it would be something easy for them to add to Disney + or even just create a web address for. But the other thought could be, they want to keep some of that experience for just while you’re there also. I would definitely love it though! Great article. I thought I was the only one that loved it! ?
