In late 2018, Disney fans were extremely upset when they noticed one of the most popular menu items disappeared from the Satu’li Canteen menu.
The famous cheeseburger steamed pods were certainly a fan favorite at Satu’li Canteen, located in Pandora — The World of Avatar in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. But when they were taken off the menu 2 years ago, Guests wondered if they would ever be able to order these delicious pods again. Well, we have some great news as Walt Disney World just re-added the adult portion of them back onto the menu!
When Inside the Magic opened up the My Disney Experience app to put in a mobile order at Satu’li Canteen, we noticed the Cheeseburger Steamed Pods were listed.
If you’ve never tried these cheeseburger bao buns before, the official description reads:
Cheeseburger Steamed Pods – Bao Buns
Steamed Cheeseburger Pod stuffed with Ground Beef, Ketchup, Mustard, Pickle, and Cheddar Cheese served with Crunchy Vegetable Slaw and Vegetable Chips
The official description of this restaurant located inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom reads:
