I’m still uncertain about this. Originally it was stated that the pass expiration date would be extended for the length of time the parks were closed. Is this 30 day extension in addition to that or is it just a 30 extension from the time of original expiration?
I have been trying for days to cancel my pass and the phones are busy. I need help with this if anyone knows what else I can do
I agree–the issue is very confusing and unclear. I have now been on hold on the phone for one and a half hours and am still waiting. At one point I was connected to the wrong area nd out on hold again. This is not the Disney that I knew several years ago when we first became pass holders.
