I tried and tried to contact Disney to extend our passes when the parks first closed. Could not get through. So with that we only received the month extension as opposed to the original promised extension of the number of months the parks were closed. Also never received the original refund for March’s monthly payment. Don’t understand why they didn’t give the option to make the selections on line or in app from the start. Why only offer phone call when they were terribly unequaled to handle the call volume.
My passes expired during the closing, i cannot get an answer from Disney on my passes. They do not show on the app and I opted for the extension. I am just frustrated when spending hours on the phone with them and still nothing.
