since the SARS outbreak, people in asian countries are much more courteous of other people when out in public- they wear masks, they give personal space when appropriate, because they believe it’s the polite way to act. they can implement these policies there and they will work. good luck trying to get people in america to do that, when they won’t even wear a masks to the store for 20 minutes.
