Credit: Raglan RoadRaglan Road, the Irish restaurant and pub at Walt Disney World Resort’s Disney Springs, is making the best of these tough times with virtual musical performances and dance lessons with their amazing Irish step dancer, Maggie.
The events will be broadcast on Facebook Live, so viewers can participate along with other Disney Parks fans from around the country.
This week, Raglan Road Orlando is offering their “Raglan Live Sessions” series today at 11 a.m. ET with dance lessons with Maggie! The dancer will be hosting another remote Irish dance lesson on Saturday, May 16 at 11 a.m. ET.
On Friday, May 15 at 5 p.m. ET, Raglan Live Sessions will feature Irish singer-songwriter Jake Richardson live from his home in Dunshaughlin Co. Meath Ireland. Richardson will perform a 45-minute set.
The Disney Springs restaurant’s Raglan Live Sessions are a great way to stay connected to the shopping district until it begins it’s phased reopening on May 20. We hope Raglan Road continues their virtual performances and dance lessons even after Orlando’s reopening process begins!

As stated, Disney World’s Disney Springs area will begin to reopen on May 20, 2020. New health and safety protocols will be in place and establishments will be required to operate at limited capacity, in line with Florida’s state regulations.

Most restaurants in the Orlando shopping and dining district are planning to start offering at least some services on May 20. The Polite Pig has confirmed they will open to Disney Guests on that date.
Furthermore, the Disney Springs Starbucks location has filed a permit for a remodel, indicating they are preparing for the future after this unanticipated closure.
